Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 days.

Our team works hard to deliver a quality product to your home as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. For certain products, it might take longer and that is stated on the product details page. The average delivery time for the US is 2-5 business days from the day it is being shipped. For EU customers it is 5-7 business days from the shipment day. For the rest of the world is 2-3 weeks.

In case of highly increased demand delays may occur and will be communicated via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All products are shipped free and do not include an extra shipping charge.

Express shipping (optional)

We can ship the book by express delivery but the delivery cost and time depend on the destination country. We need to calculate the price and delivery time for each address. You can contact us about it before you place the order. 

*International delivery dates are estimates and may differ based on destination.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation tracking number as soon as your shipment has been processed and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Astologic d.o.o. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Astrologic d.o.o. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please do notify us as well and we will do our best to help you resolve the matter and ship new products as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

In case for any reason, our product does not meet your expectations you can return it within 30 day period and we will fully refund it with no questions asked

In case you wish to return the product, please follow the following steps:

3. Product condition: The product must be unused and undamaged. It should not have visible damage or wear marks.
4. Return shipping costs: the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
5. Refund: the refund will be issued to the customer on the same payment method as it received payment from the customer. Payment is issued within 2-5 business days from delivery of the returned product.
